Valerie regularly mentors executives and coaches managers and provides workplace and personal coaching. Three years ago she developed the highly successful course “Making Mentoring Work”.
Performance and Coaching are embedded within the Diploma of Management. Valerie has written this course, teaches it and practices it!

Counselling & Psychotherapy
For the last 20 years, Valerie has worked as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice.
She provides short and long term treatment for individuals, couples and families in the following areas:
Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression Grief and Loss, Stress, Change,
Traumatic and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Life Changes and Transitions
Her aim in Transactional Analysis terms is to gain a short term “fix” for her clients working towards long term cure, health, wellbeing and functioning in life.

As an Accredited Family Business Advisor, Valerie has worked and continues to work with families on personal and related business issues that affect the success of the family in business.
